I took my mom here and by far the worst experience ever. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the experience at this massage establishment. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Staff members were visibly dismissive and made little effort to provide the same level of service they were offering to other clients. It became clear that I was being treated differently — whether because of my race or background, I can't say for sure, but the bias was undeniable. There is absolutely no excuse for discriminatory behavior, especially in a service industry where all clients should be treated with dignity. I will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked.
